　　报告内容涉及Reportincludes：

　　(1)发现虫害种类及方位。Foundtypeandlocationofinsectpest.

　　(2)虫害引发原因。Reasonsofinsectpest.

　　(3)物理/化学处理方法。Physical/chemicalresolutions.

　　(4)环境卫生参考意见。Environmentalandhealthsuggestions.

　　第二步：向客户提供“综合虫害控制建议书”（免费）

　　Secondstep：OfferSyntheticInsectPestControlProposal(freeofcharge).

　　协议内容包括Agreementincludes：

　　(1)发现存在的问题及我们的建议。Foundproblemsandoursuggestions.

　　(2)虫害控制方法。Controlwayofinsectpest.

　　(3)使用的药物和器具，在中国登记的专业杀虫剂，提供材料安全系数单据。

　　Usedmedicinesanddevices,specialpesticideregisteredinChina,providematerialsafetydata.

　　(4)服务的频率—如每月一次，每月两次—视实际情况和行业而定。

　　(5)服务质量保证。Warrantyofservicequality.

　　(6)服务的价格：视实际虫害严重程度，内外环境，行业，房屋结构等而定。

　　第三步：双方签约后进行服务，服务时间配合并满足客户要求。

　　(1)每次服务结束后，当场提供服务清单。

　　(2)作为客户的虫控档案资料，供客户及其供应商审计。

　　第四步：定期对客户进行回访和质量跟踪,把客户的意见反馈到日常工作中。
